Description
DADLE has generally served as the putative, prototypical δ-opioid receptor ligand. DADLE is more potent and selective than Leu-enkephalin or Met-enkephalin in the MVD versus GPI bioassay systems and more potent and approximately as selective as Leu-enkephalin in binding assays. It shows roughly the same antinociceptive activity as β-endorphin.
